Ross drops names of two key appointments at Tasmania’s AFL team

Ross Stevenson has a fresh rumour on who could be the inaugural coach and football boss of the upcoming Tasmania AFL team.

The competition’s 19th franchise is set to make its AFL debut in 2028, with the side set to field a VFL team in the coming years.

While Brendon Gale was recently appointed as the team’s CEO, they are still on the look out for their first coach and football boss.

On Monday’s Rumour File, Ross dropped the names of who he expects will be appointed for the two key roles.

“Someone who would absolutely know says (this rumour) is correct,” Ross said on 3AW Breakfast.
