Ross and John were taken by an article published in the The Age on Thursday which listed the 13 ‘biggest rip-offs’ money can buy.
So they spoke with its author.
Nicole Pedersen-McKinnon, founder of TheMoneyMentorWay.com, was forced to pick just three.
1. Canned oxygen.
‘It’s marketed at Chinese tourists. You get about 250 breaths for $20.’
2. Popcorn at the cinema.
‘Anything you can purchase at the cinema is just unbelievable extortionate.’
3. Business class airfares.
‘OK, you get fancy food and some sleep but you land at the same time.’
