Restaurant sends social media into spin with ‘kid ban’

An American restaurant has sent social media into a spin after it announced it would no longer permit children under the age of 10 to dine at the restaurant.

And it’s certainly divided opinion. Bellarine Distillery made a similar move, banning children aged 1-18, and owner Lorelle told Dee Dee Dunleavy it had proven successful.

“We actually get a lot young mothers who think it’s a great idea,” she said.
