‘Really scared’ Jewish mum says parents are keeping kids home from kindergarten

A Jewish mother says some parents are keeping their children home from kindergarten because they fear their kids will be targeted.

Elise told Neil Mitchell “the vision from the protests in Sydney is scary” and her husband removed their four-year-old son’s kippah for the journey to kindergarten this morning because he feared backlash.

“Most Jews, besides feeling horrible about what’s happening and helpless for all our family in Israel are really scared at the moment,” she said.
