Qantas accused of dodging refund after ticket holder dies before flight
Qantas has been accused of trying to dodge a refund after the friend of a ticket holder, who died suddenly, reached out to the airline.
Cheryl says she was told to provide a death certificate and heard nothing after she provided them with one.
“It took 10 weeks to get the death certificate … We booked through … Bravo Fly and Bravo Fly said Qantas was responsible for the refund, ” she told Tom Elliott.
