PwC has scrapped its dress code.

They have a new belief that people should be trusted to wear what is most appropriate to work.

Sue Horlin, Human Capital Leader at PWC spoke with Tom Elliott.

‘Every morning when they get up I want them to think about what they’re doing, who are they doing it with, and what are those people going to be wearing’

‘Make a really good judgment about what’s going to best represent yourself and our PWC brand, then wear that to work.’

Tom Elliott says he owns a lot of 1970’s styled clothing and asked if he wear them to work.

‘If you’re feeling strong and confident… then go for it!’
