Protest leader makes huge blunder in fiery live interview with Tom Elliott

Tom Elliott has clashed live on air with an anti-war protester organiser amid the chaos on Melbourne’s streets on Wednesday.

Police swarmed the area around the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre where protestors gathered as the Land Defence expo begins.

Protest leader Renee was asked by Tom Elliott which river and sea the pro-Palestine ‘from the river to the sea’ chant referred to.

She replied from “the Jordan River and the Red Sea”, which was quickly corrected by the 3AW Mornings host.

“That’s your education dollars at work,” Tom said on 3AW.
