Premier Daniel Andrews rejects claims the government has lost the trust of Victorians

Neil Mitchell has pressed Premier Daniel Andrews on whether the government is ‘on the nose’ with Victorians.

In studio this morning Mr Andrews denied there was a level of spin overwhelming voters.

‘Neil, fixing level crossings is not spin,’ he said.

‘I agree we are delivering on the things we said we would do.’

He said it was a good thing the government was able to accept they had ‘messed up’ the plans to build a youth justice facility in Werribee South.
