Port Adelaide list manager rejects ‘categorically incorrect’ reporting on Houston deal
Port Adelaide list manager Jason Cripps has categorically rejected reporting on the club’s board becoming involved in Dan Houston trade discussions.
The Power were a crucial part of the three-club, five-player deal which was confirmed on Tuesday, which saw Houston head to Collingwood, John Noble go to Gold Coast and Port Adelaide gain Joe Richards, Jack Lukosius and Rory Atkins.

Earlier this week several reports suggested the Port Adelaide board became involved in negotiations, but Cripps told Wide World of Sports those reports were off the mark.
“That (report) is categorically incorrect,” Cripps said on 3AW.
