Police investigating aggravated burglary in Coburg

Victoria Police are investigating an aggravated burglary which occurred in Coburg last week, where a black 2016 Ford Mustang with registration 1GR3BP, which was parked in the driveway, was stolen.

Police were told the offender entered an open door and stole house and car keys, along with remotes to the garage from inside the home.

Detectives from Moreland Crime Investigation Unit believe the same offender returned to the home the next night and attempted to enter the garage using the stolen remotes.

Nothing was taken and the man fled the scene in the vehicle.
