Police ‘astounded’ after spotting ‘barely drivable’ car in Lara
A 27-year-old has had his license suspended after being caught travelling in a “barely drivable” car at Lara.
The car was seen travelling on Patullos Road just after 3.30am on Monday.
Police incepted the driver, who had come from Manor Lakes.
His car was impounded at a cost of $1134 and his licence was immediately suspended.
The driver has been charged with drive whilst suspended, drive unregistered and fail to have interlock.
He’ll appear at Werribee Magistrates’ Court on November 16.
