Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal e-scooter crash in Norlane on Monday.

It’s believed a 31-year-old man was riding an e-scooter along Forster Street when he fell off about 6.40pm.

Police want to speak with two male occupants of a ute who may have witnessed the crash.

The pair raised the alarm with some nearby road workers who called Triple Zero.

The ute is believed to be an early 2000s model Holden Colorado with ladder racks.
