Rail project the right track to boost regional economy
The maligned Murray Basin Rail upgrade is again being put in the spot light as a way to drive north west Victoria’s economy through the covid-19 downturn.
The standardisation of the line ran out of money last year.
An updated business case is now with the federal government.
