Population growth puts strain on Wyndham City
Wyndham City is feeling the squeeze of population growth.
The Herald Sun has reported the outer western suburbs are experiencing a population boom, and infrastructure is struggling to keep up.
Wyndham mayor Henry Barlow told Neil Mitchell schools and kindergartens are being hit hardest.
“We need five extra primary schools by 2020,” Cr Barlow said.
