NSW farmers hopeful about rollout of virtual fencing

Farmers in New South Wales are hoping the state government will adopt a parliamentary committee’s recommendations on virtual fencing.

The technology would remove the need for internal fencing on properties, and allow for more flexible management of livestock.

Rural Editor Emily Minney caught up with New South Wales Farmers Association spokesman Robert McIntosh about the findings.
