Kane Cornes says the recruitment of Jaeger O’Meara could become worse than that of Dale Thomas

Kane Cornes has blasted Hawthorn’s trade for Jaeger O’Meara as a “disaster”.

Cornes told 3AW Football he thinks the trade will end up worse for Hawthorn than the Dale Thomas recruitment has panned out for Carlton.

“What they’ve given up to get him… it’s a disaster for Hawthorn as it sits right now,” he said on Friday.
