Former Stonemason’s Marathon for Silicosis
Phil Beckett could have his life cut short due to silicosis, an untreatable lung disease caused by the inhalation of microscopic particles of man-made stone. Next year he’s running a half-marathon, with funds raised going to The Common Good, an organisation leading the way into silicosis research and treatment options.
