Breeding a new flavour of strawberries
Scientists are embarking on a seven million dollar research project to build knowledge on the genetics behind strawberry flavour and consumer preference.
The Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation is teaming up with Griffith University and the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for the five-year project.
