Bore audit finds 1-in-10 taking too much water
The water regulator will visit properties in the New South Wales Riverina after it was found 10 percent of bores may be over extracting water.
The Natural Resources Access Regulator remotely audited 218 of 417 water licences on the Lower Murrumbidgee Ground Water Source.
