Planned train strikes called off

Two train strikes scheduled for later this week and next week have been called off.

Tom Elliott said on air the unions negotiated a deal with Metro.

“Negotiations over a new enterprise bargaining agreement between Metro, rail, tram, and bus unions have apparently progressed over the last 24 hours,” he said.
