Plane narrowly misses workers on runway at Melbourne Airport

A plane has narrowly missed workers on the runway at Melbourne Airport on Monday night.

Melbourne Airport confirmed it was a Bamboo Airways flight to Hanoi, which took off further down the runway than expected, eventually landing safely in Hanoi.

Works for the night were immediately suspended and the full-length runway returned to service.
