‘Pinchy’ the 4.5 metre inflatable lobster has been put up for sale by Trades Hall
Trades Hall is selling a piece of Victoria’s recent political history.
‘Pinchy’, the 4.5 metre tall inflatable lobster was a fixture at many a Matthew Guy appearance throughout the election.
But now it has achieved its desired result, Pinchy is going into retirement.
Luke Hilakari, Secretary of Trades Hall Council, told Tom Elliott Pinchy originally cost about $500.
“He was a bargain!” Luke said.
“Pinchy has been a dearly loved friend of the union movement.
“But now it’s time for him to go.”
