Peter Ford pays tribute to legendary radio DJ and host Bob Rogers
Peter Ford has remembered Australia’s longest serving radio DJ and host, Bob Rogers as someone who loved radio after he passed away at the age of 97.
He says Rogers was committed to the job and had an extraordinary career.
“He got on to this idea from getting the latest music from sailors who were coming into Hobart, who would bring records with them, because in those days it took six months to import music into Australia,” he told Ross and Russ.
