Pete Ford unpacks how ‘misery guts’ Rebel Wilson got her way

Entertainment reporter Pete Ford says “misery guts” Rebel Wilson has had a win, with her directorial debut movie to screen at a major film festival.

‘The Deb’ will now screen at September’s Toronto International Film Festival, despite her earlier claims on social media that producers were blocking its premiere screening.

“Rebel got her own way,” Pete Ford said on 3AW Breakfast.

“In my experience, she’s such a misery guts. For someone who is meant to be wacky and funny, she’s constantly surrounded by drama and aggro.”
