Paul gives 3AW a harrowing insight into last week’s crime spree

3AW Drive has got a harrowing insight into the damage caused during last week’s horrifying home invasion at Hillside.

The aggravated burglary was one of several crimes committed during a rampage in Melbourne’s west.

A 59-year-old woman was slapped across the face and threatened while more than a dozen youths ransacked the Hillside property.

The woman was Paul’s aunt. She was house-sitting for his family.

He spoke with 3AW Drive on Wednesday.

“I don’t know what to do,” Paul said.

“I’ve got a family that doesn’t want to go home.

“I’ve got an aunt that breaks down at the drop of the hat.

“These kids have got to realise what they’re doing.”
