Pair arrested following carjacking and stabbing in Melbourne’s south-east

A 35-year-old man is fighting for life in hospital, after being stabbed during a violent carjacking in Cranbourne last night.

Two women have since been arrested, accused of targeting two vehicles with the encounter starting in Cranbourne and ending in Pakenham.

A 33-year-old from Mornington and a 28-year-old from Carrum Downs remain in custody this morning.
