‘Outrageous’: Reporter snubbed by media team at the Children’s Court amid the youth crime crisis

The Rumour File heard this morning about a TV reporter who contacted the media team at the Children’s Court with two questions, to which they responded with: “We have no response to either of your enquiries”.

Channel Seven’s state political reporter, Sharnelle Vella, was the one who contacted the media team and said the situation is “pretty outrageous” considering the youth crime crisis in the state at the moment.

“When you have a response like that, it pretty much sums up the reaction and the reception we get from the Children’s Court,” Ms Vella told Ross and Russel.
