Optus issue leave customers unable to make calls

Some Optus customers are this morning unable to make calls.

Tony Jones, filling in for Neil Mitchell, has been contacted by a slew of Optus customers who are experiencing problems making calls this morning.

“One person just couldn’t make calls, another couldn’t make or receive calls, another person with an Optus contract called multiple people this morning and just couldn’t get through,” TJ said.

Optus says its team is “currently looking into this”.
