New report claims key Daniel Andrews project doesn’t stack up

A new report has found the $100 billion Suburban Rail Loop project doesn’t stack up.

Dr Bob Birrell is one of the authors of the report and told Tom Elliott a number of factors the project was based on would not transpire as forecast.

He said the project isn’t needed.
