New Essendon recruit speaks on his close friendship with schoolmate Nate Caddy

New Essendon recruit Isaac Kako has spoken on his close friendship with Bombers forward Nate Caddy, with the pair playing together all throughout high school at Parade College.

Kako was at the draft last year to support Caddy, and the exciting key forward repaid the favour last night when Kako’s name was read out at pick 13 by the Bombers.

“We used to tear teams apart!” he told Sam McClure on 3AW’s Wide World of Sports.
