THANK YOU! Neil’s Wheel prisoners raise extraordinary figure
-
LATEST OVERALL TALLY: $250,000
Neil Mitchell has launched one of the most innovative fundraisers the Good Friday Appeal and 3AW have ever tried to get off the ground.
We’ve locked notable Victorians in each of the Melbourne Star pods, and we’re not letting them out until they’ve raised $10,000.
Representing 3AW is 3AW Football’s Jimmy Bartel.
DONATE! Jimmy needs your help!

“I’ll be going right through my phone and sending messages and making a lot of calls,” Jimmy said.
“I’m going to put some friendships to the test, I think they’re not my mate unless they donate.
“My older sister had premature twins, it’s just incredible what they do at the RCH, my admiration for them just keeps getting higher and higher.”

The funds will go towards the $200,000 target to establish a Point-of-Care Ultrasound Program (POCUS).
The POCUS Program will see a clinician manage an ultrasound, rather than a medical imaging specialist.
Research shows that this can hasten clinical diagnosis, improve procedural success, make invasive procedures less painful, and increase patient satisfaction.
