Neil Mitchell tears shreds off Ambulance Victoria over their ‘organisational values’
Neil Mitchell has confirmed a red hot tip dating back to July 14, where Ambulance Victoria had ceremonies for long serving staff and new members cancelled due to budget cuts, and there is a new twist in the tale.
The 3AW Mornings host confirmed Ambulance Victoria had spent $500,000 on an outside consultant to help with their organisational values, a move Neil Mitchell has severely disagreed with.
“Don’t they understand the principles of bloody staff morale and staff relations, you look after the staff and then yourself,” he said.
