Neil Mitchell responds to the Premier over questions about a ‘nasty jibe’ in parliament

Neil Mitchell has responded to Daniel Andrews after the Premier bristled at questions about a “nasty jibe” he made at the state opposition leader on Tuesday.

Mr Andrews said John Pesutto should be given “a little box to stand on” in parliament.

The Premier made reference to “various hosts on 3AW” when asked about the matter on Wednesday morning.

Daniel Andrews questioned whether it was the most “important” issue of the day.

Neil Mitchell never said it was.

But while the Premier was on the subject, Neil Mitchell said there were several important issues involving his government that needed urgent addressing.
