Neil Mitchell reacts to Premier’s resignation

Neil Mitchell has shared a message for Daniel Andrews following the announcement he’s stepping down.

The 3AW Mornings host suspects the Premier had been thinking about resigning for “some months”.

“I fear we’re going to inherit a rabble,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
