Neil Mitchell has provided an update on the “very tricky situation” involving a young couple, who are demanding answers from the Commonwealth Bank after $90,000 disappeared from their bank account when trying to transfer money for a land settlement.

Ellie, the 21-year-old, called up Neil Mitchell yesterday to deliver an emotional plea to the bank, with the 3AW Mornings host admitting it was a “baffling” situation.
