Neil Mitchell blasts Premier for ‘indecent spin’ after Denyer bill defeat
Neil Mitchell has taken aim at the Premier for “indecent spin” after a bill to keep Paul Denyer behind bars for life was voted down in Victoria’s upper house.
Speaking today, Premier Daniel Andrews said he personally apologises to the families of Denyer’s victims and “the system failed them” by not ensuring they were aware there was “very little chance he would be given parole”.
But Neil Mitchell says “the Premier is talking rubbish”.
