Nathan Jones says his brother needs ‘a man’s chat’
Zak Jones might need “a man’s chat”.
The Sydney hard nut was cited twice by the Match Review Officer after Sydney’s clash with Essendon on Friday, copping a two-week suspension for a bump on Kyle Langford.
He was also fined for an off-the-ball hit on Zach Merrett.
His brother, Melbourne co-captain Nathan Jones, told Sunday Sport those incidents happen too frequently.
“The niggle kind of things he gets involved in, they reflect poorly on him,” Nathan said.
“A man’s chat is probably the thing that would need to happen.
“I have spoken to him a handful of times about that.
“He’s definitely got to mature in that area.”
