Naked intruder arrested after breaking into a Sunbury home

A man has been arrested after allegedly breaking into a Sunbury home naked and climbing into bed with the residents on Sunday morning.

Police say the 40-year-old Macedon man broke into the City Views home at about 1.15am.

A caller to the Rumour File claims he climbed into bed with residents.

Police do not believe the break-in was sexually motivated.

The man has been released and will face a magistrate’s court at a later date.
