Mystery BMW spotted at school pick-up prompts police investigation
RUMOUR CONFIRMED
Police are investigating after a stolen BMW worth almost $200,000 was spotted outside a Point Cook school.
An off-duty officer saw the luxury car, with NSW plates, parked outside the school about 3.20pm on Wednesday.
He thought it was odd, so called to have the registration plates checked.
It quickly revealed the plates were false and had been stolen from a car dealership in Brighton in September.
