‘Massive bang’: Four people killed in helicopter crash on Gold Coast

A major investigation is underway after a horror helicopter crash on the Gold Coast left four people dead and three others fighting for life in hospital.

The Australian Transport and Safety Bureau is appealing for witnesses to come forward after two choppers collided near Sea World on the Gold Coast.

Several Victorian holidaymakers witnessed and heard the incident unfold on Monday afternoon and rang 3AW to explain the situation.
