“Jewish students are focusing on, understandably, other things at this moment … anti-Semitism is rising in Melbourne,” he told Neil Mitchell.

Neil Mitchell has received an unconfirmed tip that another Melbourne university has also introduced similar measures.

In a statement, a Monash University spokesperson said “special arrangement provisions are available to all students and have been since eExams began in 2020 and they allow students to adjust their assessment start time or location”.
