Melbourne set for wet and windy Tuesday, with snow to arrive on Wednesday
Victoria has once again been plunged into the depths of winter, with damaging winds, rain and snow hitting the state.
The SES had already received more than 600 calls for help at 2pm on Tuesday.
The cold and snow hit shortly after, with Ballarat receiving its first dusting of snow shortly before 3pm.
