A Melbourne businessman wants to donate his $500 million private art collection to Victoria.

He’s even offering to pay for the $50 million gallery to house the art work at Harkaway.

But not everybody is happy about it.

Neil Mitchell spoke with the businessman in question, Lindsey Hogg, about the situation on Friday.
