Matthew Kreuzer re-signs at Carlton

Matthew Kreuzer has re-signed at Carlton for the next two seasons.

The ruckman had been linked with a possible move away from Ikon Park this summer – he was a free agent – but has opted to remain with the club that took him with the No.1 pick of the 2007 draft.

He has played 119 games.

‘There are good times ahead for our us and I want to be a big part of re-storing us as a successful club,’ Kreuzer said. 

‘Although this has been a challenging year for the club, I’m confident that the club’s plan, along with a lot of hard work and sacrifice from everyone, will take us to where we all want to be in time.’
