Mark Allen has blasted the state government after a 14-year-old who has been charged over 380 times was again granted bail by a magistrate.

The boy was told in court he was “destroying his life”, but has had the charges struck out due to his age.

“We are living in a state where the government is more concerned about the welfare of these kids than protecting the citizens of Melbourne,” Marko said on 3AW Breakfast.
