Man killed after fight outside Doveton milk bar
A man has died after fight outside a milk bar in Melbourne’s south east overnight.
Forensic officers are focusing on an area in the car park outside the milk bar on Linden Place, Doveton, where it’s believed a man died from stab wounds.
The victim, aged in his 20s, is believed to have been involved in an altercation with a group of men before being stabbed about 9.20pm.
Paramedics were called but the man could not be saved.
The strip of shops remains cordoned off this morning.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined; no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
Homicide Squad detectives are investigating.
