Man hangs out car window at high speed in Melbourne’s east

Neil Mitchell has been sent footage of a topless man dangerously hanging out of a car window in Melbourne’s east.

Witness Jarrod saw the man dangling out of the car on the Eastern Freeway yesterday afternoon.

He followed the car for 25 minutes, filming part of the incident and notifying police numerous times.

“A car (was) travelling down the Eastern at 100km/hr with a man hanging out the back passenger left side, looked like trying to climb onto the roof of the vehicle,” he said.

“I don’t know how he didn’t fall out, certainly from waist up and not hanging onto anything.”
