Man filmed hanging out of car in ‘scary’ Tullamarine Freeway incident

A man has been filmed hanging out the side of a car on the Tullamarine Freeway.

The footage was captured on Friday afternoon in 80km/h and 100km/h zones.

Kristen, who filmed the footage, told Jacqui Felgate “it was quite scary to see”, and motorists were avoiding the vehicle. Minutes after the footage was filmed, she says another passenger also hung out a window on the other side of the car.
