Man charged after allegedly driving more than nine times over the limit
A 46-year-old man has been charged for allegedly driving more than nine times over the blood alcohol limit after a crash in Sunshine last year.
Police say he was too intoxicated to undergo a breath test at the scene but later allegedly returned a blood alcohol concentration of 0.461.
The man has his licence immediately suspended.
He has been summonsed to appear at Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on 3 April, 2017.
