Man arrested over deadly alleged speedboat hit-run

A 41-year-old man has been arrested after a diver was killed off Frankston.

It’s alleged the diver was struck by a boat in the water.

The driver of the boat did not stop.

Police said a 41-year-old Carrum Downs man contacted them on Monday.

He’s since been arrested and being questioned.
